SERVICES

Interior Design

I have been designing interior spaces for 15 years. I utilize my experience as an interior designer and NYC Broadway scenic artist to help create beautiful, clean, warm and enviting spaces. I apply my knowledge of color theory, theatre and painting to create interior designs for commercial and residential spaces.

I have worked on many Tony-awarded scenery on Broadway: Spamalot, Spring Awakening, The Lion King, The Color Purple, and Mamma Mia, to name a few. My interior designed spaces, both public environments and private homes, can be

found in New York City, Ohio, Florida, Vermont and New Hampshire.

From one-room projects to productions with over 50 artists, welders, and carpenters working under my management, I am comfortable with a broad range of design scenarios.  I have created new interior environments for NYC’s elite and celebrities, as well as families who simply needed a new baby room.

I love working with people - and get excited about projects both large and small.

Home Staging

I work with realtors as well as independent homeowners on all levels of home staging, including vacant and occupied spaces. I offer a range of staging services- from 1 hour consultations to the whole package of designing, staging and photographing the final product.

Staging your home will deliver a quick sale with a maximum sale price. Market research has proven that home staging delivers an average of 10-25% higher selling prices and helps cut days on the market in half.  Homes that are staged also look better in print and online, and receive more foot traffic.

I will work within your budget to achieve a look for your property that feels warm, inviting, desirable and ready for purchase!

Real Estate Photography

As a professional photographer, I produce beautiful, clear, light filled images of the spaces I design/stage. This sets me apart from other staging companies because I offer you the entire package: design/decor,

staging, and photographs of the final product.
